The price for a 1hr session varies from £50 - £35 depending on which package is chosen or how many sessions are paid for at once.

You will receive a free consultation to allow me to attain all the information I need to help you achieve your goals. This includes a blood pressure check and health and lifestyle questionnaires.

Packages

  • 6-week basic (2 sessions per week) - £480

  • 6-week intensive (3 sessions per week) - £630

Great if time is of the essence or you feel unable to train on your own.

 

Pay as you go

  • 1-hr session - £50

  • 10 sessions - £460

My tailored coaching sessions are completely based on your specific needs. As a personal coach, I focus on your body goals and I schedule every step with you. I provide a wide range of fitness programmes by considering your requirements. I follow-up your sessions, watch your improvements and train you in an effective way.

Cross Fit Class

T's & C's: All fees are payable in advance by bank transfer, cheque or cash. If you book a package, all sessions must be taken in the 6-week period. Pay as you go sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase. We request 24hrs notice for clients to cancel or rebook a session. Any session cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs of start time will be liable to the full session cost.
